De Pere, WI (September 24, 2013) – Nsight Telservices has announced the expansion of its fiber network in the Fox Cities, allowing the company to deliver its network solutions to additional businesses in Kaukauna, Little Chute, Kimberly, Appleton, Menasha and Neenah.
"We have seen a dramatic increase in the demand from local businesses for fiber network services, particularly fiber-based Ethernet, for applications like cloud computing, VoIP, internet access and collaboration," said Roger Hermsen, COO of Nsight Telservices. "Our network expansion will allow us to more efficiently meet these needs in the fastest-growing business areas of the Fox Cities and will give businesses more options as they evaluate who can best meet their communications needs."
Construction of the fiber route began this spring and will be completed in 2014. The route will branch off from the company’s existing fiber network in the region. In addition to providing network services for Nsight Telservices customers, the fiber route will provide more bandwidth and greater backhaul for Cellcom, allowing for higher capacity and data speeds for 4G LTE service.
“With the growing demand for connectivity, businesses will benefit from the higher speed services our fiber network will support,” said Hermsen.
