Sturgeon Bay – Questions about the role the business sector of society plays in achieving sustainability will be posed at the next gathering of Green Drinks, a social/salon style meeting for anyone interested in conversing about sustainability-related issues. Green Drinks will be held on Tuesday, April 27th from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. at Glas, the green coffeehouse on Sturgeon Bay’s west side.
Green Drinks Sturgeon Bay is a cooperatively sponsored event by Glas and Sustain Door, Inc., and is part of an international network of local salons of its kind. Sustain Door, the local non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the social, economic, and environmental sustainability of Door County using The Natural Step framework and process conducts the regular monthly gathering informally, without agenda, and on an open house basis during the Glas happy hour.
The next meeting of Green Drinks is scheduled for Wednesday, May 26th.
