Abrams, WI - Bayland Telephone and Cellcom announces their Countdown to Christmas winners. From December 1–24 all customers who purchased any Bayland Telephone or Cellcom product at the Bayland agent location at 2711 E Frontage Road, Abrams, were entered in a daily drawing for a variety of prizes.
