"This award is particularly special to our organization as it really hits on the core of our culture," said Pat Riordan, President and CEO of Nsight and Cellcom. "In March we will celebrate our hundredth anniversary and this award acknowledges that we've remained true to the high ethical standards our company was founded on. Riordan recognizes the role every Nsight employee plays in contributing to this achievement. "At Nsight we empower our employees to make ethical decisions and I am proud to see these efforts recognized by the community we serve."
The judges of the Ethics in Business Award cited many reasons why Nsight was chosen including:
• Nsight has a vision statement which doubles as their ethics policy and is given to each employee. They also work with each employee to personalize the vision statement.
• They serve a wide population, including the rural market.
• They are focused on being part of the community; this is evident by their support of the Cellcom Green Bay Marathon, school programs and other community events.
• There is a large emphasis on customer service, and employees are empowered to "do the right thing."
• Cellcom takes action to be environmentally friendly including green cell sites powered by renewable energy sources and cell phone recycling programs.
The American Foundation of Counseling Services (AFCS) founded and hosts the Ethics in Business Awards to foster a climate of ethical integrity in northeast Wisconsin, to heighten awareness of the AFCS within the business community, and to raise funds for the AFCS's healing work.

About Nsight/Cellcom
Nsight is a telecommunications company that upholds hometown values and a commitment to community outreach, the environment, and public service. As a premier communications provider, Nsight/Cellcom is proud of its heritage, local ownership and reputation as an active corporate citizen in the community. Nsight has its roots in providing quality local telephone service through Northeast Telephone Company in Pulaski. But the company has stretched far beyond any vision its founders could have imagined, and is now a major telecommunications entity in the Upper Midwest. The list of subsidiary companies under the Nsight name includes Cellcom, Nsight Telservices, Bayland Telephone and St. Paul Tower.
Cellcom's inception in 1987 was the result of a growing universal desire for instant communication in any location. Cellcom is a provider of communications services throughout Wisconsin and Michigan, with more than 80 retail and agent locations. The company's renowned network is customized to its rural markets and customers. Cellcom strives to provide the best coverage and extraordinary customer service, and continues to grow its territory to better serve its most important asset: its customers. In Green Bay, Cellcom maintains more cell sites than any other wireless provider and is adding sites every year to further enhance service.
The American Foundation of Counseling Services was established in 1965 by George Kress and Norman Vincent Peale with the original goal of providing training and counseling education to clergy and congregations in northeast Wisconsin. Today, the AFCS provides outpatient counseling to all individuals, regardless of their insurance coverage or ability to pay. The organization is also a state-licensed child placing agency, providing intensive out of home placement for children that have been victims of abuse or neglect or who have delinquency issues. The AFCS continues to work closely with the faith community in the area by providing pastor leadership groups, premarital counseling workshops, marriage enrichment seminars, and individual consultation to clergy and church leadership teams. The AFCS is affiliated with The Samaritan Institute of Denver, Colorado. To learn more about the AFCS, visit www.americanfoundationonline.com or contact Pat O'Keefe at 920-437-8913.
